Meeting Overview:
During this one-day workshop, stakeholders reviewed and provided input on the results of the analysis of the Proposed Draft Southeast Network; discussed input on prioritization criteria; and identified lessons learned. A discussion also continued on institutional and governance structure; and the development of the overall vision for the Southeast Network was be addressed. This was the final workshop prior to development of the Regional Rail Plan.

Meeting Overview:
During this one-day workshop, stakeholders reviewed and provided input on the results of the analysis of network scenarios; heard initial results of the costs, benefits, and funding analysis; identified trade-offs in service/configuration/issues; discussed prioritization criteria; and began to outline implementation strategies. Discussion also continued on institutional and governance models; and the final development of the overall vision was addressed.

Meeting Overview:
During this one-day workshop stakeholders reviewed transportation connectivity, stations, and capacity bottlenecks, discussed key potential connections to be considered for the Southeast Regional Rail Planning Study, and explored regional and network service concepts. Stakeholders discussed baseline conditions and market assessments, gathered input on existing capital programs and plans, and began assessment of options for institutional and governance issues. Participants also gained first-hand experience in how to use the CONNECT network analysis tool to conduct a benefit-cost analysis.
